About these terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. They apply to malangmassagechair.com and to purchases made through it.
Products and pricing
The Muse and Legend are mechanically identical flagship models offered in different finishes, priced from $7,800. We work to keep pricing, specifications and availability accurate, but we may correct errors and change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the chair. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Payment and financing
We accept major cards and digital wallets. Pay-over-time is offered through PayPal and is subject to PayPal’s own approval and terms, not ours.
Delivery and installation
Threshold delivery is $300 and brings the chair to your entryway. White-Glove delivery is $600 and includes placement in the room you choose and setup. Delivery timing is estimated, not guaranteed, and we will keep you informed of any delay.
Warranty
Every chair includes a Standard 2-year parts warranty. Premium ($400) adds labor to 2-year parts coverage. VIP ($800) extends coverage to 4 years of parts and labor plus additional benefits. Warranty covers manufacturing defects in normal household use and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair, or commercial use beyond the agreed terms.
Use of the site
The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
