How returns, cancellations and refunds work.

Before it ships
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Call or text us at 657-514-3374 and we will confirm the cancellation in writing.
After delivery
A massage chair is a large, heavy item, so returns are handled personally rather than by a generic form. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will explain your options, the return method, and any return shipping or restocking cost that applies to your situation before you commit to anything.
Condition
To be returnable a chair should be in resalable condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. Normal inspection and trial use is expected and fine.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your chair arrives damaged or does not work correctly, contact us immediately and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging and send photographs if you can — it speeds up the claim considerably.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most providers post the refund within 5 to 10 business days of us processing it.
Showroom purchases
Chairs bought in person at our La Mirada showroom follow the same policy. Bring your receipt or order confirmation.
