Do I need to carry inventory?
Dealers start with an opening order from 2 units so customers can sit in the chair before they buy. Your quantity and display plan are discussed during approval.
Can I see the chairs before I apply?
Yes. Visit our showroom at 14655 Firestone Blvd, La Mirada, CA 90638 to try both models. Call 657‑514‑3374 to set a time.
Who handles warranty claims?
Our local team coordinates warranty, parts and service with you, so your customer is never routed to a distant call center.
Can I offer customer financing?
Most dealers offer financing through their own consumer finance provider. We will talk through the options for your store during onboarding.
Can I sell online?
Online selling is covered in the dealer agreement. Tell us about your website in the application and we will go over it with you.
Do you work with dealers outside California?
Yes. Freight and lead time are quoted by location, so tell us where your store is when you apply.
