When you book a showroom visit, request a quote, join our email list, or place an order, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and any message you write. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers (PayPal, Stripe/Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay) and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, schedule showroom visits, process and deliver orders, provide warranty and after-sales service, and — if you opt in — send occasional offers and showroom event invitations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can block cookies in your browser settings; core shopping functions may not work correctly if you do.
Sharing
We share information only with the providers needed to run the business — payment processors, delivery and white-glove installation partners, and email or hosting services — and only what they need to perform that service.
